When applying for an LME Weekend, there is an application fee of $45 per couple.  This fee is non-refundable, but it may be transferred to a later ME Weekend for you.

There are no other required fees.

During your Weekend, there is an opportunity to invest in the future of Lutheran Marriage Encounter by making a confidential contribution.  LME is all-volunteer (no-one is paid) and is not funded by any Lutheran church body.  Donations are received from volunteers and others.  The Weekend cost figure for Northern Illinois is $490 per Weekend couple. Note that the Weekend cost figure will vary for other parts of the USA and Canada.

Any donation (even zero) would be strictly confidential, decided upon in the privacy of your hotel room ― just the two of you ― using a plain standard envelope.  A credit card or post-dated check(s) could be used.
